I know first hand the anxiety families feel when their breadwinners are out of work.

When my dad lost his job in the 90s we lost our home.

That’s why I know how important it is that we continue to roll out Mark McGowan’s Plan for Jobs.

Good plans take time and the Premier’s plan is just starting to hit its straps.

So far we have:

•  Reduced the payroll tax burden on small business while providing grant support for new apprenticeships.
•  Commenced the massive METRONET public transport project employing thousands of Western  Australians in its construction.
•  Created 57,000 new jobs across the State.
•  Brought rail manufacturing back to Western Australia, with METRONET trains set to be built in a new   workshop in Bellevue.
